Our customization service allows you to create a personalized masterpiece—whether it's an engraved date, a meaningful name, or a custom-selected birthstone. Here is everything you need to know about our customization process. ### 1. The Customization Process
Step 1: Choose Your Design:
Select your favorite customizable piece from our collection.
Step 2: Personalize It:
Enter your custom text (names, initials, dates) or select your preferred birthstone/materials in the options provided on the product page.
Step 3: Double Check:
Please review your spelling, capitalization, and sizing carefully before adding the item to your cart.
2. Production & Timeline Every custom piece is individually handcrafted by our master artisans. Because of the precision and care required:
Production Time:
Custom items take 7-14 business days to design and craft before shipping.
Total Delivery Time: Production Time (7-14 days) + Shipping Time (7-12 days). We highly recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays.
3. Important Policies for Custom Orders
No Modifications: Once a custom order is placed and enters production (12 hours after order confirmation), we cannot alter the text, font, or design.
Final Sale: Because personalized pieces are uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.
