Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Generally, it takes 7-12 working days to get an item delivered all over the world by DHL/FedEx/UPS, depending on where you live. It usually takes 10-15 working days by EMS (except for Russia). Occasionally, a shortage of goods could lead to a delay in delivery. If this happens, we will send you an email notification and no processes will be done until you respond. We can offer an exchange or cancel service for you according to your will. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * The shipping cost can vary depending on a few factors: weight, delivery method, and destination country. We find it difficult to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of Jewelry Set is about 0.05kg, but the leather is about 0.3kg/pc). You can choose the shipping company you like; we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you can also choose to cancel your order or send a pre-paid box to collect your package. *Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.*

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Zilova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

5. The difference in logistics services between CN warehouse and US warehouse The CN warehouses primarily support small international packages such as YunExpress, CneExpress, etc., which typically take 12-20 business days to reach North America and Europe. The CN warehouses also support express delivery services like UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., which typically take 5-12 business days to reach North America and Europe.The US warehouse primarily supports courier services such as USPS and FedEx, typically delivering to customers within 3-5 business days.
